ada 3 plot yang terjadi secara bersamaan di Epidose terakhir Heroes 3rd Season adalah Dual.

• Ando, Matt dan Daphne mencari cara agar Hiro bisa kembali ke masa sekarang.
• Peter dan Nathan saling berantem karena beda pendapat. Peter ingin formula khusus tersebut dihancurkan sedangkan Nathan ingin formula tersebut diberikan kepada semua orang. Endingnya Pinehearst Industries hancur.
• Claire, Noah, Meredith dan Angela di sekap dan di sandera oleh Sylar. Kucing-kucingan terjadi antara mereka. Endingnya The Company hancur.

Ending result yg di tunjukkan di film ini adalah

• Hiro dan Peter kehilangan kekuatan mereka masing-masing (too bad, both my favorite heroes)
• Ando memperoleh kekuatan baru
• Sylar seems to be dead but who knows?
• Sisik Mohinder Suresh Hilang/sembuh

After the deaths of Arthur Petrelli, Sylar, Flint and Knox, and the destruction of both Pinehearst Industries and The Company, the surviving Heroes are not yet out of the woods, for they have a new enemy: The United States Government. The President, who is convinced by Nathan that most super-powered humans are a threat to national security, issues an arrest order for the heroes and dispatches a team, lead by a notorious man called “The Hunter” (Zeljko Ivanek), to capture them.
